Acest articol va fi la obiect si se va referi la intrebari posibile in cadrul unui interviu. Voi incepe cu intrebari pe care le-am primit chiar eu la interviuri fara a neglija insa alte intrebari posibile. Pentru inceput le voi lista pur si simplu, urmand ca in a doua parte sa ofer anumite pareri personale si sugestii.
Nu neg faptul ca exista diferente intre interviul sustinut on-line si cel “face to face”. Ca si continut al intrebarilor insa, cele doua tipuri se vor baza pe cele listate mai jos. Bineinteles ca este posibil sa intalniti si intrebari noi: ca urmare a interviului propriu-zis, intrebari generate de intervievator special pentru voi (personalizate), intrebari referitoare la propria experienta (profesionala sau personala) sau atitudine in situatii date. Limita este doar imaginatia intervievatorului, dar asta nu trebuie sa va sperie pentru ca si variantele de raspunsuri sunt de asemenea nelimitate. Referitor la intrebarile de specialitate bineinteles ca exista raspunsuri corecte, partial corecte sau gresite, dar intrebarile ce au ca scop investigarea personalitatii viitorului navigator nu se catalogheaza la fel de simplu. De asemenea v-as ruga (spre beneficiul nostru al tuturor), sa postati eventuale noi intrebari sau chiar intrebari ce v-au fost adresate in cadrul interviurilor dar nu se regasesc in aceasta lista.

Nu vreau sa enumar putinele intrebari pe care le stiu de la interviuri pentru a nu va influenta in neglijarea altor aspecte. Trebuie sa aveti o privire generala, de ansamblu , fara a va limita la unghiuri orizontale sau la manevra navei in ciclon in emisfera sudica spre exemplu. Ca tendinta se pare ca astronomia cam pierde teren in cadrul inteviurilor pentru ca la bord se utilizeaza SkyMate sau alte programe ce usureaza munca sub acest aspect.

Inainte de interviu ganditi-va la modul in care ati aborda fiecare intrebare, (tineti cont si de expresia fetei si limbajul corporal), nu uitati sa aveti o atitudine pozitiva. Niciodata sa nu vorbiti de rau o companie cu care ati navigat in trecut, nu vorbiti colegi / fosti colegi / diferite nationalitati de rau, nu le evidentiati defectele. Trebuie sa vedeti si sa evidentiati partea buna in orice situatie, transformati punctele slabe in atu-uri. Daca spre exemplu sunteti intrebati care sunt defectele voastre, puteti da un raspuns de genul “Sunt fumator, dar mi-am propus sa ma las de fumat pentru a fi mai sanatos / Sunt timid(a) la inceput dar asta imi permite sa ii cunosc mai bine pe cei din jurul meu inainte de a actiona / etc.” La sfarsitul interviului intotdeauna multumiti intervievatorului pentru timpul acordat si incercati sa “lasati usa deschisa” indiferent de decizia ulterioara a acestuia.
La finalul / inceputul interviului in cazul in care este un interviu de tip face-to-face tineti cont ca tipul de “hand shake” va poate propulsa in ambele directii profesionale, acest detaliu fiind unul extrem de important!
